Givington’s helps influencers, authors, and creators unlock new revenue streams through product creation and fulfillment solutions. Many of our ideal clients have built strong communities but struggle to scale beyond book sales, digital content, or self-fulfillment. Our goal is to help them turn their influence into sustainable product businesses.

We’re looking for a young, hungry, and social media-savvy SDR who knows how to use LinkedIn, Instagram, DMs, and voice memos to spark conversations, build relationships, and get high-value decision-makers on calls. This is NOT a traditional cold-calling role—this is about strategic engagement, relationship-building, and social selling.

What You’ll Do:

• Find & engage the right prospects – Focus on authors, influencers, and top product creators who have an engaged audience but limited revenue streams beyond books or small-scale product sales.
• Utilize social selling – Send DMs, voice notes, and creative outreach to build rapport and book calls. You’ll live in the DMs of LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Position the opportunity, not the sale – Your role is to get them intrigued and booked for a conversation, NOT to hard-sell services.
• Understand the publishing & creator economy – A plus if you have experience with the publishing industry, product fulfillment, or influencer monetization.
• Book 1–2 quality calls per day by identifying the best-fit creators and business owners.
• Earn bonuses for performance – Get paid per booked call, plus additional commission when deals close.

Who You Are:

• Social media fluent – You can work Instagram, LinkedIn, and DMs like a pro.
• A natural connector – You love building relationships, sparking conversations, and getting people excited about opportunities.
• An influencer (or community-driven) – Maybe you have a book, a podcast, or a following but no strong product. You understand the mindset of our ideal clients.
• Not afraid to hustle – This is for someone hungry and motivated to drive results and earn commissions.
• A great communicator – You’re confident in messaging, voice memos, and social engagement strategies.
• Bonus: You understand the publishing or creator economy – If you’ve worked with authors, influencers, or product creators before, that’s a huge plus.

Compensation & Structure:

• Base pay: $2,500 – $3,000/month as an independent contractor depending on experience.
• Performance pay: Earn per call completed + additional commission when a deal closes.
  • Call Completed: $50
  • Deal Closed Commission:
    • Under 6,000 packages in 12 months = $500
    • Over 15,000 packages a year = $1,000
    • Over 30,000 packages in 12 months = $2,000
    • Over 100,000 packages in 12 months = $5,000
    • Over 250,000 packages in 12 months = $10,000
    • Over 500,000 packages in a year = $30,000
• Flexible, remote role: Work from anywhere as long as you drive results.
